Slow Cooker (8-9hrs) or Oven (2-3hrs)
Cabbage / 1/2 lbs Ground Turkey / 1/2 lbs Ground Beef / 1/4 Cup Minced Onions / 1/4 Cup Minced Garlic / 1/4 Cup of Milk / 1 Cup Cooked White Rice / Black Pepper / Salt or Seasoned Salt / Cheyenne Pepper (Optional) / 1 tbsp of Lemon Juice / 1 Egg / 1 tbsp of Sugar or Brown Sugar / 1 Can of Tomato Sauce / Worcestershire Sauce (Optional)
Directions for oven: Boil cabbage leaves and drain after. Mix the rest of the ingredients, except the tomato sauce, together in a bowl then cook in a pan. Roll the cooked mixture in separate cabbage leaves. Tuck the end of the leaves in and place in a oven safe dish. Evenly pour the tomato sauce over the rolls and place in the oven at 350F for 2-3 hours. (Check after 2 hours and see if it needs another hour.) You can dress your dish will cilantro or scallions.
